Marketplace Intermediary Role & Limitation of Liability
Goladia (operated by Pathi Tech SAS) acts exclusively as a marketplace platform operator. Except where explicitly stated for direct proprietary imports, the contract of sale for physical goods listed by third-party merchants is formed solely between the buyer and the registered vendor. Pathi Tech SAS acts as a secure platform host under French LCEN regulations and is not liable for vendor product warranties, conformity, or delivery delays.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes arising from the use of the Goladia marketplace are governed by French law. For any professional dispute or litigation that cannot be settled amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Commercial Court of Versailles, France.
